Magnificent Honey-Mustard Pork Chops

I will start off by saying I am NOT generally a huge pork chop fan. Not really sure why, but I think it’s because they’re tend to be overcooked and end up with a tough, chewy texture. However, these chops taste magnificent. The sauce helps to keep the chops moist and gives them a nice velvety texture. Plus, you’ll be surprised at how easy and simple this recipe is to prepare and get on the table.

  2. In a hot skillet, brown both sides of the chops. No need to cook through since you'll be finishing them off in the oven. Remove and place in a oven-proof dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayo, mustard, honey, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl. Pour over chops!
  4. Bake chops at 350-degrees for about 20-30 minutes, or until done. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
