Bacon-Avocado-Ranch Chicken Stuffed French Bread

Are you looking for a lunch that’ll serve a crowd? If so, this sandwich has it all: bacon, avocado, ranch, chicken… you name it!

We liked it served warm, but on a hot summer day, it’d also be great cold too!

Bacon-Avocado-Ranch Chicken French Bread Sandwich

  1. 2 avocados, mashed
  2. 1 cup ranch dressing
  3. 2 green onions, sliced
  4. 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  5. 1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
  6. 1.5 cups shredded cheese
  7. 1 french bread loaf
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Slice french loaf horizontally and add chicken mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375-degree F for 10-15 minute.
  4. Slice into sections, serve and enjoy!
